About
Our Founder Heather Whitehead
Heather brings decades of leadership experience to her work as an executive, business and leadership coach, working with business owners, managers and senior leadership teams.
As a former prison governor, trained psychologist and senior business owner for major government contracts, she’s had her fair share of leading complex operations through commercial challenges and intense scrutiny.
Based in Stoke-on-Trent, HW Leadership Consultancy works with businesses and organisations across Staffordshire and neighbouring counties. Practical and hands-on, Heather and her team get alongside leaders to understand their challenges and support them to make changes that work in practice - taking account of culture and context.
